Healthy Christmas Drinking Tips

Party, Party Party…December is the time for Parties! And with parties, usually come booze. So stay safe and follow some of these drinking tips to avoid the dreaded HANGOVER!
Plan ahead – Determine how you are getting to and from the party. Is there going to be a designated driver? Are you going the Uber/ Lyft/ or catch a cab?
Drink water – It’s important to stay hydrated. Drink a glass of water in between each beer or cocktail.
Eat Food- Make sure you are not drinking on an empty stomach.
Pick one type of drink, and stick with it- Mixing different types of drink that have different alcohol content is asking for trouble because we react differently to various alcohol rates. So play it safe…
Still have a hang over? The best way to deal with a hang over is to eat and drink. A little mild exercise, and you’ll be cured in no time!
