We at Handbrewed Soaps love music. Hey, our head brewer (AKA Eric) is a music teacher here in Oakland and I am co-director of a nonprofit, Music Is First. We believe that music has amazing benefits on our physical and mental well-being.  Especially during this time, you can use music to improve your mood.

 Try making a playlist of your favorite songs and blast it in the morning to set the tone for the rest of the day. We blast Michael Franti from our shower speakers every morning.
